Cinnamon Honey Crepe Dessert

(pic Preparation time : 20 mins Soaking Crepe ingredients- 2-3 hrs Ingredients Crepe: 1 cup rice 1/4 cup coconut Pinch salt 1 tbsp Sugar- Optional- I did not add any sugar Topping: Honey Cinnamon powder Fried and crushed Nuts (optional)- Fry about 1 tbsp Cashew, almonds & any nut of your choice (avoid peanuts) Crepe: Soak raw rice for 2-3 hours in about 3 cups water Drain water from the rice. Add the coconut to the rice and grind it to very fine paste. (while grinding you can add water) Now pour water (if required) so that the consistency would be something like thin chocolate sauce- it should be runny. Heat non stick pan. When very hot pour in a ladle of the crepe mixture and swirl the pan around to distribute it equally around. Should form a circular/oval thin
